Auch wenn es den Anschein erweckt, mein Blog ist noch nicht tot. Bis zum Sommer hatte ich aufgrund meines Bachelor-Abschlusses kaum Zeit, und anschließend war ich fast den ganzen Juli auf Interrail-Reise quer durch Europa unterwegs. Dabei besuchte ich auch ein sehr interessantes Projekt in Amsterdam, das 3D Print Canal House. Dabei handelt es sich, wie der Name schon impliziert, um ein Haus, welches vollständig aus dem Drucker kommen soll. Kommt man zum Gelände sieht man erstmals einige Baucontainer und einen gigantischen Schriftzug, womit ich die Vorstellung beginnen möchte.
Even if it seems so, my blog isn’t dead yet. I didn’t have much time until the summer because of my bachelor’s degree. This month I was mostly travelling across Europe on Interrail. While doing so I also visited a quite interresting project site in Amsterdam, the 3D Print Canal House. As the name implies the goal of this project is to build an entire house with a 3D printer. When visiting the site the first thing you see is a bunch of containers and the giant letters. Thats where I want to start the little tour around the site.
